  So, do not get me wrong. The food here is great, a little pricey but very good. But I have had poor customer service. Refusal of orders. Now I have had my fair share in working in the food industry before and I understand refusing an order to unruly guests. However, I treat these employees with respect. In return, I have received young ladies whom are too busy paying attention to the gaggle around them, to not pay attention when I am giving them my address, or trying to say they do not have an item on the menu as I am looking at the menu in my hand or that their phone number that is use to call into the store to place a delivery is no longer accepted. And this has happened with the past couple of days. I am very upset by this. I understand it can happen every now and again, such is business, but three times in two days? I will take my business else where.

  Great food. Please update the website. It clearly, and I mean clearly says that hot sandwiches are served with Frys. The location I ordered from had no idea, but told me they don't serve them with Frys...I was under the impression this is why I paid $8.00 for the sadnwhich...
